Welfare check at residence after 10 days no contact

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews are dispatched to a home near Northgate Road in Chapmanville for a possible welfare check on a man who has not been seen or heard from in about 10 days, after a caller reported an odor and apparent black haze inside the residence.
