Cable line reported down at Water Street lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to a report of possible wires down near the Chipotle parking lot on Water Street. They found a cable line attached to a pole swinging in the wind and reported no apparent hazard before clearing the scene.
