Male patient losing consciousness near Shady Avenue in Charleroi

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS units were dispatched near Shady Avenue in Charleroi for a 66-year-old man with extensive medical history who was reportedly going in and out of consciousness. Responders were later advised that the patient would be in an alley behind Shady Avenue. Additional EMS traffic also mentioned a separate call in Monongahela and a severe thunderstorm warning for parts of Washington County.
