Alarm company test triggers commercial fire alarm

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units were sent to a commercial fire alarm at Chambers Plaza, which appears to be an alarm company test that was supposed to be on hold. A separate police unit planned to meet another department in Bentleyville to pick up a person there.
