As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a vehicle driving erratically eastbound on Highway 18 just east of Charles City, Iowa. The vehicle was described as a red car associated with a silver 2008 Ford Taurus, and officers were asked to be on the lookout in the area.
