Flooding blocks Main Street with debris

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports that part of Main Street in Charleston is completely impassable due to apparent flooding, with debris such as trash cans and trees washed across the road for several dozen feet. Units are positioned with lights on to warn approaching traffic.
