Elderly woman with high blood pressure and shortness of breath

As discussed during the dispatch call, an elderly woman at a care facility near West Polk Avenue in Charleston reportedly had shortness of breath, low oxygen levels, very high blood pressure, and a headache for two days. Medics were dispatched to the location.
