Man in fifties unstable, holding left side of head

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders dispatched for a male in his fifties not acting right and unstable near West Polk Avenue. Caller reports he is holding the left side of his head and is unsure of the situation. Access to the location was granted through an unlocked front door.
