Neighbor’s dog bites another dog at residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer was requested to a home near East Tom Brown Street in Charleston for a reported incident where a neighbor’s dog allegedly attacked the caller’s dog. Both dogs were later brought back inside their respective homes.
