Dog welfare concern reported on Worth Lane

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a residence on Worth Lane Northwest for a possible animal welfare issue after a caller reported a dog howling for about two days and mentioned a potentially angry resident known to use drugs, alcohol, and possess weapons.
