Prowler checking doors and windows near Old Lower River Rd

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were dispatched to a home near Old Lower River Road Northwest in Charleston for a reported prowler on foot. A heavyset man wearing a cap, shorts, and a T-shirt was reportedly seen in a backyard, grabbing door handles and looking through windows before heading toward a nearby business. The reporting party did not want contact with officers.
