Person hides items by dumpster at Exxon station

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were dispatched to a gas station on Lauderdale Memorial Highway in Charleston, Tennessee, for a report of a person in unusual clothing carrying items described as "love rings." The person reportedly placed or buried these items near a dumpster before leaving in a black Chevy Suburban with no license plate information obtained.
