Large black bag reported floating in creek

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were sent to a location near Baker Ridge Road Northeast after a caller reported a very large black bag, possibly a duffel or garbage bag, floating in a creek while they were fishing. The caller said they would wait outside to guide responding officers to the area.
