Welfare check for man with bipolar at residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller requested a welfare check on a 45-year-old male near Big Tyler Road and Wade Drive. The male has a history of bipolar disorder. There was a prior call at the location regarding a diabetic problem. Law enforcement was asked to announce themselves to occupants.
