Woman with severe chest pain transported to hospital

Hello, Sparrow Eaton, this is Eaton area Alpha 123, paramedic student 30, inbound to your facility with a 44-year-old female.Chief complaint today is going to be chest pain that is radiating into the left arm and shoulder.She rates it at about a nine out of ten as a sharp pain.Patient was diagnosed with a leaky heart valve a few years prior.Pain started about 08:00 a.m.this morning.Complaints of some nausea.Right now our vital signs are 96 , normal sinus,SpO two 96 % on room air.Last blood pressure was 01:14 over 72 .Patient's A and O times four.We are currently working on 324 mg of aspirin and we have a 20 gauge IV established in the left AC.If you don't need anything further, we'll see.In about 3 min .Nothing further is required.We'll see you in 3 min .Arrow is clear.
