Suspicious person briefly enters vehicle on Cochran

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible suspicious situation on Cochran Avenue in Charlotte involving someone jumping into a vehicle and trying to leave southbound, which was later clarified to be the vehicle owner’s daughter.
