Young child found walking alone near South Edwards

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to the area near South Edwards Avenue and Lee Avenue for a report of a small child, possibly a five-year-old girl, walking alone and covered in dirt near the road. A third-party caller said their daughter was staying nearby to help keep the child away from traffic, and no parents were seen in the area.
