No shirt, unknown color shorts and a green superhero cape, no shoes, just keeps going in the roadway at the intersection. Said for her. Please see the CB 6-3. The caller no longer sees the child appears to have possibly gone up Middleton Lane towards the Fri-Spring Beach Club. Also noticed earlier that the child was going closest sewer drains for the caller was also confirmed that he may fall in one. Thank you.
