Teens seen looking through window on South Lyerly

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller on South Lyerly Street near East 19th and East 21st Streets reported that two teenage boys wearing hoodies, with their faces covered, were seen peeking through the caller’s window about 15 minutes earlier and may live in nearby apartments. The caller requested to speak with an officer in person.
