Elderly man found unresponsive near Chelan Falls surge tank

As discussed during the dispatch call, an elderly man was found sitting unresponsive in brush near the Chelan Falls surge tank. He later responded and asked the reporting person to leave him alone. The location is near the old Chelan Falls Road, past the police department parking lot, near a sharp hairpin turn by the riverside.
