Deputy detains driver after slow stop on Belcher Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies attempted a traffic stop on a vehicle near Smith Road and Belcher Road. The vehicle slowed but did not stop at first, leading to a brief high-risk stop with one woman held at gunpoint and then detained.
