Man awake but vomiting blood near Rotary Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to a medical call for an adult man who was initially reported unresponsive and later awake but vomiting blood, possibly at a residence on Rotary Road in Chemung, New York. Additional radio traffic also mentioned a separate harassment report at an apartment on West Thurston Street involving unwanted text messages.
