Man with afib and chest pain near Patrick Lane

As discussed during the dispatch call, a possible medical emergency involving a middle-aged male with heart problems was reported near Patrick Lane. Rescue units are en route and on scene. The patient appears to be in atrial fibrillation and is awake with chest pain.
