Cyclist stopped for riding on road without consent

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer initiated a stop with a person riding a bicycle near the intersection of 6th Avenue and 2nd Street in Cherry Creek. The bicyclist was followed home after being observed operating the bicycle on the roadway without permission.
