Two-vehicle crash with patient reporting chest pain

As discussed during the dispatch call, multiple fire departments were dispatched to a reported two-vehicle auto accident near Harrison Avenue and South Perryville Road. One person was reported to have chest pain, and the situation appears to have been handled primarily by a single ambulance and associated units after initial general alerts were canceled. A separate possible medical alarm was also reported at a different location with no voice contact at the scene.
