Intoxicated person in truck at Dollar General

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a report of a visibly intoxicated man hanging out of the driver’s side door of a parked pickup truck near a discount store on South Alabama Avenue in Chesnee, South Carolina. The vehicle reportedly has a North Carolina license plate and is parked on the side of the lot near a hardware store.
