As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency personnel responded to a reported difficulty breathing near Middlesex Avenue in Chester. An officer was requested by ground ambulance for a male with wrist pain who walked in at the scene. The call was initially reported by a passerby. Mutual aid assistance was provided by Deep River EMS.
