Husband causing disturbance after drinking

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a home near Abbott Hill Road in Chester for a reported domestic dispute. A woman reported that her husband was drinking and acting out of control, with what appears to be a verbal confrontation and no confirmed physical assault.
