Person found lying face down by train tracks

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a welfare concern near Logan Avenue and Nation Way by the train tracks, where a possible male in dark blue clothing was reported lying face down with a bucket on his head under the north viaduct. Units coordinated with a railroad representative and checked the area around Logan and East 6th Street.
