RP's advising there's a dark colored minivan that's driving extremely slow, approximately 35 miles an hour. She gave a license plate of (name withheld) 303, but that does not come back to the right vehicle. Turned around at Sable Avenue, it's now headed eastbound on Highway 93, towards some there. 10-6-0-ne-projection. 10-4. RP advised it was a dark-colored minivan.
