Large dirt bike group riding recklessly on Center St

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers reported a large group of mopeds and dirt bikes driving recklessly along Center Street in Chicopee, with estimates of up to about 50 riders possibly heading toward Springfield. A separate 911 hang-up call mapped near a business on Memorial Drive prompted an officer to check the area.
