Vehicle blocking northbound lanes on Highway 287

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a slow-moving vehicle traveling only in the left lane of a northbound highway between two towns on Highway 287. The vehicle is apparently blocking most of the roadway and other drivers are using the shoulder to pass. The exact location along the highway is unclear, but it does not appear to have traveled very far from one of the nearby towns yet.
