Brush fire behind home on South NC 111

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and forestry units responded to a brush or field fire behind a property off South NC 111 near Chinquapin. Crews accessed the fire through nearby fields, requested additional tools and personnel, and asked for an EMS unit to respond as a precaution while they worked to stop the fire’s spread.
