Driver waves hatchet at couple during road dispute

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported altercation between two vehicles near Grand Avenue and High Street in Chippewa Falls. One driver in a silver Honda Civic allegedly held a hatchet out of a window in a threatening manner toward another driver and a passenger. The reporting parties later returned to their residence and requested an officer to come by.
