Head-on crash with extrication in Chisago City

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a two-vehicle head-on collision near Lake Boulevard and 270th Street in Chisago City. One black vehicle and one red vehicle are involved, with firefighters working on extrication from the red vehicle.
