Officers notified of person near Genesee Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a call about a person that officers are reportedly trying to locate. The caller said the person is currently at an apartment on Genesee Street at a property owned by someone with the last name Clark. Officers were notified of the possible location.
