Male with heart history faints but regains consciousness

As discussed during the dispatch call, a male subject near East 1800th Road reportedly felt unwell and fainted. He was unconscious but regained consciousness and is alert. He has a recent heart history, is sweating, but has no chest pain and is breathing fine. Multiple EMS and fire units responded.
