Man slumped over steering wheel at gas station

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and EMS units responded to a gas station near Route 1 and Route 36 in Chrisman, Illinois, for a possible medical emergency involving a man slumped over his steering wheel. An off-duty deputy was already on scene. The man later requested transport, and an ambulance was dispatched to another location on East 500th Road for hospital transport.
