Elderly woman falls from wheelchair on blood thinners

As discussed during the dispatch call, a possible medical emergency occurred near East Sixth Street in an apartment. An elderly female appears to have fallen from her wheelchair and is conscious and breathing normally. She is reported to be on blood thinners.
