Driver found unconscious behind wheel on highway on-ramp

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews and a deputy were sent to the eastbound I-490 on-ramp near the Churchville-Riga Road exit for a reported medical emergency involving a man passed out behind the wheel of a sedan. A passerby reported that a passenger appeared to be trying to pull the unconscious driver from the vehicle before leaving the area.
