Our complaints of the blue SUV was dragging a male. Male was trying to get in the vehicle, and they drove off. He was holding onto the vehicle. S.U.V. He had Kentucky plates and won the Harrison Avenue. One person was driving. Three to four people came running out of BP. They didn't do anything advised. Male was hanging onto the vehicle. He was a male white, late 30s to 40s. Average bill, thin, tan, brown hair missing a shoe, one black sock. Male who was being dragged eventually let go in the middle of the road, and then he still at the location fires responding.
