Driver reports hitting bicyclist at park entrance

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported a possible hit-and-run type collision with a male bicyclist near a park entrance. The caller left briefly to take van passengers to another location and then returned, but the bicyclist was gone. The caller is now at a location on Logan Street in Circleville requesting to speak with an officer.
