Stalking complaint reported at Circleville Dollar Tree

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a possible stalking complaint at a Dollar Tree on Plaza Drive in Circleville. The caller, waiting in a silver GMC Yukon, reported that a person repeatedly follows and reports him and may be driving without a valid license.
