Officers check on man sleeping in car on Third Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a male who appeared passed out in a car on Third Avenue in Circleville. They found a man and a woman sleeping in a black 2007 Toyota hatchback and determined they were just resting in the vehicle.
