the picture is facing towards Del Taco so its facing the wrong way because if you could turn the picture to the left about 45 degrees you would be able to see the white sedan that had somehow ended up on the center divide. so the number 1 lane going eastbound was being shut down when I drove by it at around 830am this morning.
