Unauthorized pickup attempt reported at a child learning center

As discussed during the dispatch call, staff at a child learning center reported that a parent who was supposed to pick up children sent someone not authorized under the court order to retrieve them. Staff did not release the children and requested a unit respond to handle the situation.
