SUV hits bus and later found in ditch near Clara City

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received multiple calls about a white SUV driving west on Highway 23 near Clara City. The SUV reportedly struck the rear corner of a Jefferson bus with no apparent damage and left the scene toward Clara City. A later caller reported the SUV in a ditch on the east side of Clara City with the driver appearing passed out, and State Patrol was advised.
