As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a driving complaint about a maroon semi truck westbound on Highway 23 near Clara City. The truck was reportedly swerving and changing speed between about 30 and 70 mph before pulling over to let the caller pass, approximately 4 miles east of Clara City.
