Man blocks mother from leaving home

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were sent to an apartment on Gateway Village Drive in Clare County for a reported domestic disturbance involving a man with apparent mental health issues who was not allowing his mother to leave the home. No weapons, drugs, or alcohol were reported.
