Unresponsive neighbor found with car running outside

As discussed during the dispatch call, safety services responded to a residence near Krista Place where a neighbor was unresponsive. The neighbor's vehicle was running outside, and there was no contact with the occupant. One room in the residence was locked, and responders were directed to the area upon arrival.
